More from the LookBook …
Hello, I’d like to share with you another preview from Sarah Hurley’s Lookbook volume 4. Featuring again Angelica Strange and her brother Malcolm, Sarah’s new exciting range of clear stamps, 31 Spook Street.
The set of ATC’s (artist trading cards 3.5 x 2.5 inches in size) was created by stamping and embossing with clear ink and embossing powder, before blending on three colours of distress ink. This is known as the resist technique, allowing the image to ‘pop’ through the colour. Angelica, Malcolm and their cat have been stamped, coloured with promarkers and 3D’d.
Card Recipe
Stamps – The Strange Family, by Sarah Hurley
Distress Inks – Ripe Persimmon, Seedless Preserves, Gathered Twigs, Black Soot

You Have seen this layout before, but I was thrilled it made the new issue of the lookbook . With my favourite colours at the moment it reminds me of a brilliant day out with my best friend in Cardiff. I used papers from the ‘Few of my Favourite Things’ kit box – a monthly subscription kit, you can get details here
