Fairy wishes…

Sunday morning at I hope we can inspire you to join in our new sketch challenge over at

Francesca has given us this super sketch, that would equally make stunning scrapbook pages, as well as cards.

Here is my card using the sketch.

I used a set of papers that seems to have been stashed away for years. I had a tidy up during the week and these were on my desk, so that’s what I used. The Fairy stamp is a Crafters Companion stamp. I cut around the closest of the fairy wings and added a ‘blob ‘of silicone behind to 3D the image slightly, before adding fairy dust glitter to give that sparkle.

I created the background using my newest stamp additions from Sarah Hurley.
The trees clouds, grass and flowers are all Sarahs stamps (that can be found here) and were stamped with versamark and chalked, so there is a lovely pearly finish to them.

hopefully this close up you can see the raised and glittered wing.
