CBN, DT Inspiration – Say it with Flowers
Hello it Monday morning again, and i think I have finally slipped back into the routine of the week and school runs and things.
It always seems to take me longer after the christmas break more than any other holiday- maybe because I really do stop and relax at that time of year, and dare I say, become a bit lazy !!!!
It has meant though, that coming back into my craft room and I look at all my goodies with a fresh pair of eyes, and for this card I have returned to the very first stamps that I bought (all them years ago) and began playing and creating in the way that first got me hooked on cardmaking.
I have a weakness for stamps, and for all their bulkiness (and the fact we are being steered away from them in favour of clear remountable stamps), I still do love a good quality wooden mounted rubber stamp.
The ones I have used here are from Hero Arts and I have used them so much over the years and each time the impression has been different.
I have created this card for
as part of the Design Teams Inspiration for the monthly challenge.
Our sponser this month is Mulberry Crafts, and I have incorporated the pretty mulberry paper flowers they are so well known for.
I hope you can stop by the challenge blog and see the inspiration my team mates have provided, they are a talented group of ladies and create some gorgeous cards.
Thank you

This is so beautiful Claire. Like you, I have a passion for wooden stamps – they just feel right in your hands. Don't use digi's much at all – it's not the same. I can see why you bought this stamp – it's fabulous and the papers are lovely too – just right!
