New Challenge at Sunday Sketch & Stamp
Hello All, it’s an exciting post for me, because it is the first time as a design team member, I am hosting a challenge over at Sunday Sketch and Stamp
Here is my sketch for challenge #115
Here is the card I have created, using a beautiful fairy from Whoopsi Daisy (sheet 280)
All the backing papers I used are from the Prima-Nature Garden Collection by Jodie Lee. The papers have so much beautiful detail, I have embellished the card by cutting out sections from the paper too and highlighting them by inking around the edges or applying stickles.
The quote that is an excerpt from the paper reads
‘On the banks in sunny nooks,
in the meadows, by the brooks,
Better than even story books,
Wild flowers charm us with their looks’
It just seemed to sum up everything I love about the nature and in particular the English countryside.
